iCD – Direct Transmission, Variable Speed, Permanet Magnet Motor

The IES iCD series of screw compressors is an innovative new generation system with a magnetic motor. The permanent magnet motor is equipped with a frequency converter that allows for variable speed operation, which additionally makes the compressor highly energy-efficient and allows you to save up to 50% on energy costs. At the same time, the compressor remains reliable, even in difficult conditions, due to the lack of typical mechanical elements susceptible to wear and damage in the magnetic motor!

The iCD series is also distinguished by:

- No engine components susceptible to wear, such as bearings, connectors or seals
- Possibility to change the air pressure in the range of 6-10 Bar
- 100% tansmission efficiency thanks to the gearless magnetic motor
- Elimination of pressure drops during normal operation thanks to the frequency converter
